Holt McDougal Online Service Interruption

Resolved - Holt McDougal Online service has continued operating normally since Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 4:44AM ET. After monitoring as a precaution, this incident is resolved.

Update - Service for Holt McDougal Online (My HRW) has remained normal since yesterday morning at 4:44AM ET. Administrators, Teachers, and Students are able to log in without any issues.

As a precaution our teams plan to continue monitoring performance today.

Update - Service for Holt McDougal Online (My HRW) has remained normal today with no further issues. As a precaution we will continue monitoring performance for the rest of the day.

Update - Service for Holt McDougal Online (My HRW) is normal this morning and we are monitoring performance today.

This platform experienced two outages overnight between 8:29PM ET – 10:29PM ET and 3:10AM ET – 4:44AM ET. During this time Administrators, Teachers and Students were unable to log in. Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore service.
