Key onboarding roles

Purchasing

This person submits purchase orders, cost proposals, and onboarding contacts. They will work with HMH through the ordering process and answer questions about the purchase order, cost proposal, and payment terms.

Technical/Rostering contact

This person receives confirmation of subscription readiness; determines rostering, access, and system preferences; and executes rostering, including new year rollover. They will share login process with teachers and students.

Physical Deliveries

This person supports logistics and delivery planning, and manages receiving of physical deliveries.

Print refills

This person completes print refill requests on HMH self-service site.

ELA/Humanities contact
Math/Science contact

Professional learning/implementation

This person(s) works with HMH to establish goals for their implementation including expectations, schedules Professional Learning, and aligns expectations for success and usage goals.

Other roles

Accounts payable

This person is responsible for acquiring and processing invoices for payment. They will work with their assigned HMH Collections Representative to address unpaid invoices and to ensure the correct email address is on file for receiving invoices and customer statements.
